About Us
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Dr. Bojosi Gamontle is a Bible teacher, intercessor, and worshipper. She is the founder of Thrivers, an annual Word-based conference, that also has a Facebook Live podcast of the same name. Dr. Gamontle is passionate about seeing and supporting people to walk in the will of God for their lives and to “live abundantly” as John 10:10 instructs us. She mentors many young women around the world. Dr. Gamontle and Apostle Phiri have 4 biological children and many children ‘in the Lord’ around the world.
Bojosi Gamontle holds a PhD in Occupational and Environmental Hygiene (2019) from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She also obtained a Master of Public Health with a focus on Environmental and Occupational Health (2008), from the University of Arizona, USA. She currently works for one of the British Columbia Health Authorities as a lead in Health and Safety Management System.
Our Mission
THRIVERS is based on John 10:10, “that they may have life and have it more abundantly.” Our vision is that every woman who comes into contact with THRIVERS will make it her mission to live abundantly and as a result inspire her own community to life an abundant and exuberant life.
What We Do
We equip our conference attendees with tools for a thriving life such as strategies for successful careers, business, personal relationships among others. One of the tools fundamental to a believer’s success journey is prayer. This year, we are bringing women and men together for a time of deeper prayer. We will spend time prayer for nations, families, corporations and individuals. Our objective is that attendees will go away strengthened in the spirit and soul, and translate that to success in their lives.
